Hello! My name is Shauna Moody and I am a certified massage therapist in San Diego, California. I graduated from The School of Healing Arts in 2005, and have proudly been practicing for over 20 years.

I specialize in deep tissue massage for the treatment of migraine headaches, muscle tightness and spasms, neck, shoulder and back; stress, pain and injury. My goal is to provide my clients with an affordable, high-quality, customized therapeutic massage.

About Deep Tissue

Appointments:

Appointments consist of a brief consultation and a 60 or 90 minute massage session. I include the use of heat and essential oils (unless otherwise requested), and I incorporate circulatory and sports massage, trigger point therapy and relaxation technique. Every session is customized, and tailored to my clients' needs and issues.
